• Monitor system alerts and notifications during assigned overnight shifts • Follow established troubleshooting protocols to address issues • Execute problem-solving actions based on provided flowcharts • Restart hardware systems or escalate issues to senior engineering staff as needed • Maintain detailed logs of alerts and actions taken • Ensure all issues are resolved within the allotted time or escalated appropriately • Provide weekend and flexible shift coverage, including filling in for team absences or vacations as needed
• A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred • Previous experience in operations, dispatch, or customer support roles • Basic technical aptitude; prior experience with dashboards or similar systems is a plus • Experience working overnight shifts or in similar roles is an advantage but not required • Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and software systems and technology • Ability to follow detailed instructions and processes • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on execution • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently • Excellent communication skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment • Willingness to provide flexible shift coverage, supporting team members during vacations or absences
