📋 Description

• Own both acquisitions and dispositions for institutional buyers and sellers of single family homes • Quickly prepare and present offers and negotiate on behalf of customers • Manage listings end-to-end, including activation, offer handling and negotiation, and maintaining deals from contract to close • Work with transaction coordinators, pricing teams, and field teams to set strategy and visit homes • Manage a high-volume pipeline across markets with shifting priorities • Learn and follow customer-specific playbooks • Make judgment calls, handle difficult conversations, and make decisions that keep transactions together • Use AI tools and workflows to improve offer drafting, CMA analysis, inspection-report summarization, listing copy, and client communication • Represent Mainstay and its customers to agents, buyers, and sellers • Work evenings and weekends when transactions require it

🎯 Requirements

• Active real estate license in Illinois plus licenses in at least 2 other states within the operating footprint: GA, FL, TX, NC, AZ, TN, AL, IN, OH, MO, KS, NV, CO, CA, OK • Willingness to obtain additional licenses post-hire • 5+ years of experience as a licensed real estate agent • Demonstrated experience managing both acquisitions and dispositions, including drafting and presenting offers, negotiating terms, listing management, and contract-to-close coordination • Specific, demonstrable AI workflows using at least one general-purpose LLM such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini, ideally alongside a real-estate-specific AI tool • 2-minute Loom walkthrough of a workflow and its impact included with application • Judgment about when not to use AI • Ability to evaluate AI outputs for accuracy and Fair Housing compliance • Strong technical skills with Salesforce or similar CRM, G-Suite, Slack, and MacOS • Ability to work in multiple systems simultaneously • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Reliable access to a smartphone and computer • Comfort working evenings and weekends • Legally authorized to work in the United States
