📋 Description

• Perform hands-on configuration, deployment, tuning, and sustainment of monitoring solutions • Develop dashboards, alerts, and automation using Splunk SOAR/Ansible, along with event management workflows • Support integration testing and production rollout activities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate monitoring requirements into scalable technical solutions • Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability • Document configurations, standard operating procedures, and lessons learned to support knowledge transfer

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience configuring and supporting enterprise monitoring tools in secured environments • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Working knowledge of ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and CMDB integration • Strong troubleshooting skills across monitoring, alerting, and telemetry pipelines • Ability to work independently in a secured, enterprise environment with minimal oversight
