📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure systems supporting Laurel’s AI-driven platform • Manage and optimize AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes container orchestration • Manage Identity, Configuration, Routing, and Auditing services • Build and maintain high-performance CI/CD pipelines • Implement observability, monitoring, and alerting for system health • Establish organization-wide on-call and incident-response patterns • Diagnose performance bottlenecks and optimize cost efficiency with engineering teams • Develop internal tooling for infrastructure provisioning, management, and streamlined development • Iterate on foundational infrastructure patterns and advise teams on specific solutions • Work on complex networking, including a Golang-based edge router, and orchestrate canary deployments • Stay current with industry trends and adopt emerging technologies

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Platform, Infrastructure, SRE, or DevOps roles • Ability to independently architect and ship complex systems with minimal oversight • Deep experience with APIs, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and data-intensive applications • Experience with Kubernetes and AWS • Development experience with Terraform, Go, and TypeScript • Experience working in startup environments • Significant experience with Linux administration • Familiarity with Git • Experience participating in a regular engineering on-call rotation • Experience with CI tooling/platforms and build systems • Experience debugging production issues in unfamiliar codebases using logs, metrics, and tracing • Clear communication with engineers and non-technical stakeholders • Visa sponsorship is unavailable; applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States
