📋 Description

• Own and deliver advanced analytics for defined product and business domains within the Host App and Marketing space • Analyze large, complex datasets using statistical, causal, and exploratory techniques • Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and quasi-experiments • Develop and validate metrics and dimensions for product performance and business outcomes • Build and maintain queries, dashboards, and analytical readouts • Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, Data Science, and Analytics teams • Provide clear insights and recommendations through written and verbal communication, including leadership-ready readouts • Use AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and automate repetitive analytical tasks where appropriate

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in advanced analytics, data science, or applied quantitative analysis; industry experience required • Strong hands-on expertise in SQL • Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python or R • Experience designing and analyzing A/B experiments • Experience applying statistical methods to real-world product problems • Experience building metrics end-to-end, including definitions, validation, and data-pipeline implementation • Strong analytical judgment and ability to balance rigor with speed • Ability to communicate analytical tradeoffs clearly • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver against agreed timelines • Strong stakeholder communication skills • Preferred: experience in marketplace, product analytics, or business strategy contexts • Preferred: familiarity with AI-assisted analytics workflows
