📋 Description

• Analyze housing market data, including rental trends, supply, and affordability, across key markets • Track and summarize local housing regulations and policy developments • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that monitor market conditions • Produce clear written briefs and presentations for cross-functional stakeholders • Partner with policy, partnerships, and business teams to answer high-priority questions • Identify data gaps and help improve how housing data is sourced and maintained • Help a global travel and hospitality platform understand housing markets and their effects on its business and communities

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in housing, real estate, urban economics, or public policy analysis • Strong skills in SQL and spreadsheet analysis • Experience turning complex data into clear, actionable recommendations • Excellent written communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently • Preferred: Experience with Python or R • Preferred: Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker • Preferred: Knowledge of short-term or long-term rental markets • Preferred: Advanced degree in economics, urban planning, public policy, or a related field • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
