📋 Description

• Own and operate a unified intake front door for incoming requests, initiative submissions, and cross-functional asks • Consolidate fragmented intake processes across sub-functions • Triage and qualify inbound submissions, flag duplicates and gaps, and package submissions for handoff to planning • Define and maintain intake standards, SLAs, and qualification criteria • Own outbound submissions into other business teams, tracking requests through resolution • Serve as relationship owner and primary point of contact for dependent external teams • Track commitments, escalate stalled requests, and provide leadership visibility into request status • Build reporting on intake volume, request types, turnaround time, and bottlenecks • Continuously improve the intake operating model as the team grows

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience owning intake, program operations, or business operations processes end to end in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Track record consolidating fragmented or ad hoc processes into a single governed system • Ability to drive alignment and influence outcomes across cross-functional teams without formal authority • Excellent triage and prioritization judgment • Experience defining and enforcing standards, SLAs, and qualification criteria • Comfort operating in ambiguity and building structure where little exists • Strong reporting and analytical skills, including turning operational data into pattern-level leadership insights • Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience in trust and safety, risk, or a similar operations function preferred • Background at a marketplace, platform, or high-growth technology company preferred • Familiarity with intake/workflow management tools and reporting/dashboarding tools preferred • Experience serving as a relationship owner or single point of contact across dependent teams preferred
