📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to expand contractor management strategies and business processes across major divisions • Work with MCi teams and client stakeholders to optimize contractor work processes and Track usage • Identify and organize master data • Provide instructor-led group and one-on-one training and end-user support during and after implementation • Become a Track subject matter expert and champion internally and externally • Facilitate and ensure compliance of the Track daily settlement process • Use Track reporting and data insights to audit user role compliance, process timeliness, due-date compliance, and error corrections • Assign schedules and pay formulas in Track for net billable-hour calculations • Manage daily Track business processes to confirm settlement of charges within clients’ ERPs • Train supervisors and vendors during onboarding and general maintenance • Manage user accounts, profiles, report filters, and ad hoc administrative requests • Manage labor, equipment, and material rates for contractual compliance • Support Track Platform issues affecting daily settlement operations

🎯 Requirements

• Degree level qualification (business or technical preferred, but not required) or equivalent is preferred, but not required • Experience in finance, procurement, contractor management, IT or heavy industry • Able to travel up to 50% and occasionally for extended periods of time • Experience as a user of Track Software is highly preferred • Three or more years of software consulting or experience supporting business applications • Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll, timekeeping, procurement, or contractor management • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, etc.) • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to communicate through various forums (written, verbal, remote, etc.) • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships • Ability to provide standard training in one-on-one or group settings • Ability to work in a team environment • Moderate noise and open-area office work conditions • Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period • Ability to perform essential physical requirements, including standing, stooping, typing, reaching, and kneeling • Light to moderate lifting up to 25 lbs
