📋 Description

• Support the strategy, development, and delivery of priority CRM capabilities across the US CRM ecosystem • Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned CRM capabilities from discovery through release, hypercare, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance • Translate customer, field, and business needs into prioritized requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success measures • Maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog aligned with quarterly/PI planning and stakeholder priorities • Work with delivery teams to plan, execute, and track agile work; remove blockers; manage scope trade-offs; and ensure high-quality releases • Identify workflow pain points, propose process and user-experience enhancements, validate solutions with users, and support change adoption • Coordinate with CRM product managers, architecture, analytics, privacy/legal, and commercial/medical stakeholders • Support governance, risk assessments, privacy, security, regulatory, and data compliance requirements • Provide day-to-day direction to analysts, contractors, and other delivery resources • Partner with training and communications leads to support release adoption and measure outcomes • Communicate roadmap status, risks, decisions, and measurable outcomes to leadership and stakeholders • Inform product strategy and continuous improvement using market trends, user feedback, and performance data • Maintain awareness of CRM platforms and evolving best practices • Deliver measurable value, predictable releases, healthy backlogs, user adoption, process improvements, stakeholder alignment, governance compliance, team effectiveness, enablement, cost awareness, and operational rigor

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required • Master of Science and/or MBA preferred • 5–7+ years of experience in product management, technology strategy, innovation, or leadership roles, preferably in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or CRM sectors • Demonstrated success transforming CRM capabilities within commercial operations for a large Pharma client • Experience driving product management capabilities for large-scale CRM implementations • Deep understanding of the CRM landscape across Sales, Marketing, and Service • Experience with Salesforce, including Agentforce, Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud, Data360, and Core platform • Knowledge of Veeva and major and evolving CRM ecosystem players • Understanding of CRM, AI, and data platforms and architectures, including Salesforce Data Cloud, Veeva, OpenAI, Snowflake, or similar data lake technologies • Experience managing product operations, backlog health and prioritization, agile practices, and ceremonies • Experience with AI-supported product management techniques, including LLM-supported user-story creation and process mapping • Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to adapt strategies in a rapidly evolving technological landscape
