📋 Description

• Handle a full caseload of immigration matters • Meet directly with clients in vulnerable situations • Develop personalized legal strategies for each client • Review application packets, declarations, and motions for family-based petitions, consular processing, T-Visas, SIJS, VAWA, and waivers • Grade and provide constructive feedback to paralegals and legal assistants • Ensure accurate and timely document delivery • Conduct exhaustive initial reviews to identify legal issues • Represent clients in Adjustment of Status (AOS) interviews before USCIS • Serve as "Attorney of the Day" and provide legal guidance to the team • Attend operational meetings • Participate in Consultation Day Events • Collaborate with paralegals, support staff, and community partners to deliver legal service and compassionate care

🎯 Requirements

• Must have an active U.S. Bar license • 2+ years of attorney experience reviewing complex immigration cases, including T-Visa, VAWA, U-Visa, and SIJS • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish with native or fluent proficiency • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and Immigration Case Management Systems (Camplegal) • Growth-oriented "can-do" attitude • Continuous improvement mindset • Meticulous attention to detail • Ability to work 45 to 50 hours per week
