📋 Description

• Lead personalized legal strategies for each client • Review application packets, declarations, and motions for family-based petitions, consular processing, T-Visas, SIJS, VAWA, and waivers • Grade and provide constructive feedback to paralegals and legal assistants • Conduct initial reviews to identify legal issues • Represent clients in Adjustment of Status interviews before USCIS • Serve as "Attorney of the Day" and provide legal guidance to the team • Attend operational meetings • Participate in Consultation Day Events • Handle a full caseload and meet directly with clients • Collaborate with paralegals, support staff, and community partners

🎯 Requirements

• Active U.S. Bar license required • 2+ years of attorney experience reviewing complex immigration cases, including T-Visa, VAWA, U-Visa, and SIJS • Native or fluent bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and Immigration Case Management Systems (Camplegal) • Growth-oriented "can-do" attitude • Focus on continuous improvement and meticulous attention to detail • Ability to work 45 to 50 hours per week
