It coordinates escrow, title and closing logistics, prepares and reviews settlement documentation, and facilitates communication among buyers, sellers, lenders, and attorneys to complete real estate closings efficiently and compliantly.

📋 Description

• Develop and guide negotiation strategies to secure favorable reductions, resolve escalated issues, and intervene in challenging cases • Provide coaching and training to team members, maintain a negotiations manual, standardize policies, and foster continuous improvement • Monitor workflows, review files, ensure adherence to procedures, and implement productivity and quality improvements • Consult with clients, the sales team, and other departments while ensuring professional communication • Use tools and dashboards, maintain accurate documentation, and audit claim summaries • Stay current on industry trends and legal changes and share insights with the team • Independently manage assigned caseloads, track progress using RYG and PowerBI, respond to escalations, and develop research-driven case arguments • Foster a collaborative team environment, promote professional growth, participate in leadership meetings, and coordinate documentation and training materials • Achieve and maintain stated KPIs for conversion, quality, revenue realization, customer satisfaction, reduction success, completion time, and internal team satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel • Professional attitude and strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills • Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • High attention to detail and follow-up, with focus on efficiency and accuracy • Strategic thinking and ability to analyze data to make informed decisions • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment • Required bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or similar discipline • Juris Doctor (JD) degree or Paralegal Certification highly preferred • Courses or certifications in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution advantageous • At least 7 years of demonstrated knowledge and experience in lien resolution
