📋 Description

• Manage and develop an established client base • Use the firm’s platform to expand the practice and increase profitability • Maintain control of clients and practice • Manage matters and client relationships independently • Collaborate across complementary practice areas and jurisdictions • Build business through client management and business development • Leverage administrative infrastructure, global marketing support, billing, technology, and operational resources • Participate in internal referrals and cross-practice collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years of legal experience • Established portable practice with annual portable billings of at least $400,000 • Strong client-management and business-development skills • Ability to manage matters and client relationships independently • Entrepreneurial and collaborative approach • Admission and good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction • Attorneys with practices exceeding $1 million in annual revenue are strongly encouraged to apply
