📋 Description

• Perform maintenance on existing software products under the direct supervision of Senior Software Developers and Software Engineers • Develop Transact-SQL procedures and packages • Develop Microsoft, Perl, and Unix Shell scripts • Participate in all aspects of the System Development Life Cycle • Provide regular operations support to clients via email • Design, develop, and implement technical solutions based on business requirements • Design and code new and existing applications and components • Participate in code reviews • Perform unit and integration testing • Troubleshoot QA and production issues • Write technical documentation according to departmental methodology • Write programs according to specifications from higher-level staff • Collaborate with Analysts, Developers, QA, and documentation personnel • Contribute to software development process standards

🎯 Requirements

• Requires a four-year degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience • Minimum six months of programming experience • Knowledge and experience of all aspects of the software development process • Fluency in object-oriented analysis and development, including related documentation methods • Experience with Unix and Oracle desired • Advanced technical and troubleshooting skills • Ability to function within a team-oriented environment • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills
