📋 Description

• Deliver on-site enrollment and education services for retirement plans and investments • Conduct virtual enrollment and education meetings and deliver remote presentations • Provide support to internal and external partners • Communicate retirement plan and investment concepts to employees, participants, and plan sponsors • Collaborate with intermediaries to schedule and conduct on-site and virtual meetings • Demonstrate websites and mobile apps tailored to employees, participants, and plan sponsors • Respond to questions about plan service features, products, and 401(k) retirement savings programs • Assist plan sponsors and intermediaries with on-site enrollment meetings • Ensure accurate use of enrollment and online account management tools • Influence positive participant outcomes through employee education and enrollment initiatives • Track client meeting activity in Salesforce CRM • Manage Travel & Expense reporting in TREC/Concur • Build and maintain John Hancock relationships with plan sponsors and Financial Representatives

🎯 Requirements

• College degree or equivalent work experience in benefits education, particularly in the pension and/or defined contribution sector • 2+ years of experience in a similar role • Excellent presentation and communication skills • NASD Series 6 and 63 are an asset but not required • Life insurance and variable license as determined for territory coverage, or ability to obtain as part of training • Spanish and English language proficiency is a significant asset but not required • Thorough understanding of John Hancock’s relationship with intermediary partners • Strong understanding of investment and market principles • Ability to prioritize tasks • Excellent time management and organization skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment • Ability to communicate complex information to audiences with differing levels of sophistication • Tech savviness and ability to use multimedia tools and techniques • Excellent problem-solving skills and resourcefulness • Ability to adjust plans with short notice
