📋 Description

• Help shape a new trust operations ecosystem covering people, process, and technology • Support integration with a third-party sub-custodian • Design and strengthen the operating model for cash reconciliation and transitional processes • Embed rigorous controls, clear ownership, escalation paths, and sustainable procedures to minimize operational risk • Act as subject matter expert for trust operations • Establish training collateral and procedure documentation • Work with the learning and development team to deliver training • Analyze operational processes to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies • Define and monitor KPIs for operational efficiency and vendor oversight • Continuously optimize processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness • Lead various trust operations projects and assist with detailed project plans • Prepare and present regular updates and status reports to management and partners • Elicit and document business and technical requirements for team platforms and systems • Ensure technology solutions align with business objectives in collaboration with product management and technology teams • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Background and experience in mutual fund operations • Experience in process design • Experience in risk mitigation • Proven ability to work closely with various partners • Proven expertise in FIS OMNI, including OmniTrade, OmniDC, and OmniScript • SQL proficiency • Excel proficiency • Power BI proficiency • Solid understanding of mutual fund operations, retirement, and/or transfer agent record keeping • Strong reconciliation skills involving cash and securities • Excellent communication and facilitation skills • Ability to influence diverse teams and translate technical information into business value • Ability to think strategically, assess alternatives for short- and long-term impacts, and act decisively • Strong influencing skills and ability to make sound recommendations
