📋 Description

• Perform complex build and configuration in Epic and related products • Contribute to OCHIN’s Member Care Team support model • Lead working sessions with members to resolve advanced and complex integration work orders • Discuss and provide workflow solutions • Provide hands-on system training • Serve as a subject matter expert on applications across the organization • Lead and mentor analysts on complex interdepartmental project work • Document build specifications, team processes, and complex clinic workflows • Quality-assure complex builds, Quarterly Update modifications, and other work orders • Collaborate with other OCHIN teams to address integration issues • Provide elbow support to clinic staff during Go-Lives and Dress Rehearsals as needed • Lead trainings and workgroups for members • Develop and share workflow best practices • Travel on-site to support new members with software installations as needed • Assist Project Managers in identifying system capabilities • Build, design, test, and document new system features • Provide process improvements within the application or team • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar or relevant role • Work history in Healthcare IT required • Epic certification required in EpicCare Ambulatory • Minimum of 2 applicable certifications/proficiencies, with preference for EpicCare Ambulatory, Order Transmittal, and Beaker CP • Bachelor’s Degree; Healthcare Informatics or Computer Science preferred, or a combination of college education and 5–7 years of relevant experience • At least 5 years of experience as an Epic Applications Analyst • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Epic ambulatory build • Preference for lab and imaging interface build experience • Desired Epic certification or proficiency in Order Transmittal • Certification or proficiency in Beaker is a plus • Experience in Laboratory (LIS) preferred • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Strong communication skills with application and technical team members and end users • Integrity and accountability • Process- and detail-oriented, with focus on data-driven decision making • Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented • Strong organizational and project management skills • Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office • High-speed internet service • Distraction-free workplace • Ability to travel to support member organizations on-site as needed • Up-to-date immunizations strongly encouraged, especially for roles involving travel and in-person engagement
