📋 Description

• Directly manage the accounting and finance functions supporting Consumer Products Sales and Marketing • Serve as the primary financial business partner to the Executive VP of Growth & Brand • Provide accurate, timely and meaningful financial information to guide continuous improvement • Lead monthly pricing activities by analyzing month-to-month cost changes and the impact of Federal Order, Virginia Commission and Pennsylvania Milk Marketing Board premiums and costs • Coordinate pricing activities with the internal team, including inputs into internal and external systems and customer pricing emails • Work with Sales to establish budgets by SKU, month and plant • Develop meaningful bridges from budgeted results to actual results • Prepare board slides and presentations as needed • Analyze new business opportunities, customer bids, school bids and potential co-packing agreements • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• At least Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance • Higher level degree preferred • At least 10 years of experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing and dynamic manufacturing and/or corporate environment • At least 1 year of experience in month-end closing process • At least 1 year of experience with process manufacturing • At least 1 year of experience with standard costing methodology required • At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Office Applications and ERP Accounting software, SAP preferred • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively through multiple channels • Ability to solve complex problems with minimal guidance • Ability to work collaboratively • Ability to travel by car to company sites and off-site meetings • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
