• Coordinate direct response campaign review workflows from creative briefs and internal reviews through final-art approvals • Send and collect stakeholder feedback and ensure revisions are completed on schedule • Project-manage tasks and deadlines in Asana, flagging overdue items, identifying roadblocks, and resolving issues with stakeholders • Coordinate dependent due dates and production schedules with vendors and internal teams • Participate in weekly status meetings and provide updates on timelines and risks • Maintain seed lists for mail and email campaigns • Support new direct response initiatives, including ringless voicemail campaigns for new donors • Maintain comprehensive email, advertising, and creative-test logs with performance data • Enter mail and send dates into shared calendars • Organize final campaign files in designated SharePoint folders according to SOP • Execute and coordinate outbound donor communications aligned with fundraising appeals • Participate in donor thank-you calls, follow-up outreach, campaign solicitations, and stewardship initiatives • Coordinate donor outreach messaging, timing, and strategy with the Direct Response & Database Officer • Document donor outreach, interactions, and engagement outcomes in the CRM • Identify donor cultivation, reactivation, and stewardship opportunities • Provide donor-conversation insights to inform fundraising strategies, messaging, and campaign planning • Coordinate video and ringless voicemail projects with the President & CEO’s Executive Assistant • Distribute final approved campaign files to internal stakeholders • Compile visuals and key dates for appeals and create weekly PowerPoint updates • Maintain relationships with donors and external vendors, including creative agencies and digital fundraising platform providers
• Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management, Business, or related field preferred • 3–5 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, marketing operations, project coordination, or a related field • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through • Experience using project management tools such as Asana or similar • Comfort working with file-sharing platforms such as SharePoint or similar • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Ability to communicate effectively with donors, internal stakeholders, and external vendors • Proficiency using donor database and CRM systems, including maintaining donor records, ensuring data integrity, and documenting donor communications and interactions • Experience supporting a direct response fundraising team • Familiarity with email marketing, QA testing, or campaign reporting • Exposure to creative review processes or vendor coordination • Interest in learning direct response fundraising strategy and performance analysis • Ability to engage respectfully and knowledgeably with individuals from Christian faith traditions, including participating in faith-based conversations and offering prayer when requested by donors • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently • Ability to travel, including long-haul international flights
