📋 Description

• Assist with month-end financial statement close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations • Own key areas of the close process, including month-end accruals, leases, payroll, prepaids, cash, and other assigned accounting areas • Assist with preparing schedules for and responding to external auditor requests • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to expedite close and strengthen internal controls • Assist with special projects and ad-hoc analysis as needed • Support the company’s close process, financial reporting, compliance, and maintenance of strong internal controls • Report to the Manager - Accounting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting • 3-4 years of experience in public and/or corporate accounting • CPA or CPA eligible preferred • Experience with month-end close and financial reporting • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley • Proficiency with general ledger software, ideally NetSuite or Oracle • Advanced Excel skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where urgency, accountability, and follow-through are critical • Attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to manage timelines and deliverables effectively • Excellent collaboration and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams • Strong analytical and communication skills • Continuous improvement mindset and track record of driving efficiencies with focus on quality
