📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations and administration of the Docebo learning management system • Configure and customize the LMS and recommend and implement system enhancements • Provide first-line user support, investigate root causes, and resolve or escalate technical issues • Review system configurations, test learner experiences, and confirm launch readiness for new content and features • Monitor LMS and integrated technology trends and communicate upcoming enhancements to stakeholders • Collaborate with content owners to align course additions with business strategies and governance standards • Upload, organize, and configure learning content and learning paths • Conduct system testing and quality checks • Administer user accounts, roles, and permissions • Monitor user activity, validate data accuracy, and generate reports for strategic decisions • Collaborate with HRIS, other LMS specialists, and cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, instructional design, instructional technology, management information systems, or a related field preferred • Minimum of 3 years of experience in LMS administration, learning technology, or technical support • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Docebo administration; 2 years preferred • Proficient with LMS management tools and technologies, including content authoring, database management, authentication, integrations, analytics, and reporting • In-depth knowledge of LMS platforms • Advanced troubleshooting skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong organization, attention to detail, planning, and task prioritization skills • Willingness to learn and adopt new tools and technologies • Familiarity with Smartsheet is a plus • Legally authorized to work in the United States
