📋 Description

• Build and nurture trust-based relationships with newly acquired firms • Develop and manage comprehensive integration project plans covering technology, processes, and policies • Oversee migration of technology platforms related to operations, trading, and client reporting • Coordinate transitions of billing, trading, reconciliation, and client PMS data • Collaborate with internal stakeholders throughout acquisition and integration timelines • Design and deliver training on new systems and processes for staff from acquired firms • Monitor project progress, user adoption, and success using KPIs • Proactively address issues and improve processes • Identify and manage integration risks and develop mitigation strategies • Maintain thorough, up-to-date project plans, timelines, status reports, and other documentation • Act as the central point of contact for acquired firm stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field • Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders • Ability to deliver results in fast-paced, evolving environments • 2–5 years of experience in financial services, preferably within a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) setting • 2–5 years of experience working with Orion or similar Portfolio Management System (PMS) platforms • Familiarity with Mariner’s technology platforms and operational processes • Working knowledge of financial systems and tools associated with trading, reconciliation, and client reporting • Strong project management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities • Superior written and verbal communication skills • Analytical and problem-solving mindset • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel • Ability to work cross-functionally and engage with senior leadership • Adaptable, proactive, and committed to process improvement • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
