📋 Description

• Leverage specialized knowledge in Records Management System (RMS) products and workflows to optimize public safety agency operations • Define and test product features, workflows, and technical configurations for each agency • Oversee configuration and business process analysis across public safety agencies • Work with Reporting, Case Management, Evidence, and Warrants products • Train agencies on Mark43 RMS product-suite best practices • Guide change management and product adoption processes • Establish RMS workstream best practices across Mark43 customers and oversee product implementation • Oversee end-to-end testing of RMS workstreams, integrations, and hardware components • Guide change management and ensure new features are successfully deployed and understood • Gather product feedback and help the Product team establish development priorities • Vet customer workflows for downstream planning • Convey team metrics and project risks to project managers for staffing, budgeting, and planning • Update training materials with the Training team • Travel at least 50%

🎯 Requirements

• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the country in which the role is being hired • Employment visa sponsorship is unavailable • At least 2 to 5 years of experience working as a product consultant or public safety employee, with a focus on RMS • Willingness to be hands-on during planning and delivery • Experience developing, communicating, and training on workflows and best practices • Ability to create buy-in across diverse groups of users and lead change management efforts • Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies • Ability to quickly learn new technology features and determine benefits for user groups • Excellent interpersonal skills and multitasking ability • Ability to perform the position in one of the approved hiring locations: Canada, the UK, or listed U.S. states
