📋 Description

• Define and maintain product vision, strategy, and prioritized roadmaps for internal business applications and enterprise systems • Partner with business owners to understand requirements, pain points, and technology investment priorities • Manage backlogs of features, defects, and enhancements for internal BT systems • Define and track product metrics and analyze performance, usage, and business value realization • Design and lead the Plan and Commit process for BT technology requests • Establish prioritization criteria based on strategic alignment, risk reduction, ROI, and operational impact • Maintain a transparent backlog with queue status, estimated effort, and delivery timelines • Forecast and allocate BT personnel and budget across the project portfolio • Establish product governance mechanisms, including Steering Committees • Define and maintain an Organizational Change Management playbook and governance • Lead change management strategy, stakeholder analysis, and impact assessments for system implementations and upgrades • Track adoption metrics, stabilization plans, and lessons learned after deployment • Oversee QA and UAT processes and participate in sprint demos • Own the BT release calendar and coordinate deployment windows • Establish hypercare programs for major system go-lives • Develop Business Systems PM competencies across the BT organization • Govern the end-to-end software asset lifecycle from procurement through disposal • Establish SaaS intake and approval processes to prevent shadow IT • Drive cost reduction through license audits, contract consolidation, and tool sunsetting • Create software asset management metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting • Set the team vision and operating model • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing IT teams • Partner with BT leaders and cross-functional business stakeholders to drive business outcomes • Report to the Head of Business Technology

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT/business systems product management or a related discipline • 5+ years of experience in people management • Demonstrated experience owning end-to-end product strategy and delivery for internal enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, or Enterprise AI • Hands-on Product Manager experience with progression into a product leadership role • Strong understanding of SaaS governance, software asset management, and IT financial management best practices • Understanding of defining and executing Enterprise AI strategy, including use-case prioritization, organizational rollout, and business-value measurement • Proven track record establishing or scaling operational practices within a technology organization • Strong stakeholder management skills • Strong analytical mindset with experience defining and tracking KPIs • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams • Ability to collaborate effectively with a global team • Excellent verbal, communication, and presentation skills • Experience at a high-growth technology company (nice-to-have) • Experience with Enterprise AI strategy, rollout plans, and business-value measurement (nice-to-have) • Familiarity with ITAM frameworks and ITSM/ITAM platforms (nice-to-have) • Experience leading organizational change management initiatives tied to major system deployments (nice-to-have) • Exposure to ARB processes and enterprise architecture governance (nice-to-have) • Background in demand management and portfolio governance within a BT or IT function (nice-to-have) • Must be located in the United States, in a National location
