📋 Description

• Communicate via telephone calls, including outbound and potential inbound calls, with customers and potential owners to sell preview package sales/tours • Explain available opportunities and answer questions • Verify that individuals meet eligibility requirements before scheduling tours for an HVC property • Encourage guests or callers to purchase or schedule preview package sales/tours • Explain details and requirements related to attending a sales presentation • Check accommodation and date availability, including finding alternative dates or options • Interact professionally and promptly with colleagues and guests • Contribute to team goals • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and information • Follow company policies and safety procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Must live in the Orlando, FL area • Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days • Reach overhead and below the knees; perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping; and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously • Proficiency in reading, writing, and comprehension • Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements
