📋 Description

• Partner with field sales teams to educate key recommenders and drive recommendations, market share, and sales growth • Cultivate relationships with specialty referral hospitals to expand nutrition category sales • Build relationships with regional medical leadership and support strategic accounts • Establish and nurture Key Opinion Leader advocate and speaker networks • Deliver Royal Canin nutrition education to veterinarians, technicians, and hospital staff • Collaborate on joint business planning with regional and strategic account sales teams • Serve as a trusted technical resource • Represent Royal Canin at veterinary conferences and events • Provide nutritional case consultations • Adapt territory and regional coverage as business needs change • Support field-based teams through local and air travel • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD) with an active license in at least one state • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a veterinary practitioner, including internships, co-ops, and/or residency • Preference for small or companion animal practice experience • Exceptional scientific communication and presentation skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and OneNote • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision • Willingness and ability to travel extensively, up to 75% within the assigned territory • Eligibility for a company vehicle • Flexibility to travel during nights and weekends • Ability to independently manage travel arrangements • Ability to work effectively from a home office • Must be willing and able to travel, including overnight travel of 3+ nights each week • Ability to travel 50–75%, including nights and weekends • Mars does not sponsor visas for this role • Position is not eligible for relocation benefits
