• 2–4 years of experience in creative strategy, performance creative, paid social, or a related role at a DTC brand or agency • Strong understanding of Meta advertising and direct-response creative best practices • Experience using performance data and customer insights to inform creative strategy • Strong visual and narrative judgment across short-form video, static, UGC, and other paid social formats • Experience writing briefs and providing clear, actionable feedback to creative partners • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Notion, Google Workspace, and Slack
