📋 Description

• Analyze client exposures, loss experiences, and current coverages • Recommend products and services tailored to client needs • Present accurate market data from reliable sources • Provide proactive day-to-day client service in person, by phone, and by email • Gather information about risk management needs and financial loss tolerance • Evaluate and propose solutions to manage client risks • Create and present renewal proposals to existing clients • Conduct annual Client Advisory reviews • Drive client retention through exceptional service and new business development through referrals and expanded client programs • Negotiate with multiple insurance carriers to provide comprehensive coverage options • Ensure compliance with industry laws and regulations

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years’ personal lines insurance experience with High Net Worth clientele • Property & Casualty (P&C) License • Client service orientation with balance on managing expectations • Ability to travel for client and company meetings as needed • Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not required • Professional designations such as CPCU, CIC, CPRIA, etc. are a plus, but not required • Previous experience with luxury carriers such as AIG, Chubb, and PURE is a plus, but not required
