📋 Description

• Support recruiting efforts from application through offer • Review resumes, coordinate interviews, and communicate with candidates • Prepare offer documentation and support sourcing efforts • Conduct basic initial phone screenings • Maintain candidate records and application status • Ensure candidates receive timely communication throughout the hiring process • Partner with the Vice President of Employee Services to provide an exceptional candidate experience • Assist with sourcing candidates for proposal efforts and hard-to-fill positions • Help maintain organized recruiting records and applicant pipeline

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years minimum of recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or administrative experience • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook • Preferred experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably JazzHR or a similar platform • Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, or other recruiting resources • Experience supporting recruiting within a government contracting environment is a plus • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
