📋 Description

• Respond to employee inquiries via phone, email, and case management systems • Deliver professional, responsive, empathetic, and accurate customer service • Navigate multiple systems and priorities to resolve issues within established SLAs • Use job aids, policies, procedures, and reference materials to answer questions and provide guidance • Document employee interactions and case details in the case management system • Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, customers, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders • Perform routine transactional and operational HR activities supporting HR shared services • Escalate complex issues and collaborate with internal partners to resolve them • Support various department projects

🎯 Requirements

• Must be able to work 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST (8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST), Monday through Friday • High School Diploma or equivalent experience is a requirement • Spanish proficiency is a plus • Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality customer service • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Interpersonal, communication, and follow-up skills with attention to detail and accuracy • Understanding of Microsoft Office • Workday knowledge preferred • Kronos/Dimensions knowledge preferred • Analytical skills preferred • Knowledge and understanding of HR and Benefits preferred • Occasional schedule flexibility may be required during operating hours of 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST • Must handle sensitive employee information confidentially and in accordance with company policies and data privacy requirements • Must be eligible to work in the United States; employer uses E-Verify
