📋 Description
• Analyze fundraising performance across multiple channels • Identify trends in donor acquisition and retention • Evaluate campaign performance and testing opportunities • Deliver actionable recommendations through dashboards and presentations • Collaborate with internal teams to support client goals and strategies
🎯 Requirements
• 5–7 years of experience in analytics, fundraising, marketing, business intelligence, consulting, or a related field • Experience in direct response fundraising, nonprofit marketing, or agency environments preferred • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
