📋 Description

• Execute data-driven outbound expansion campaigns across email, video, phone, and direct engagement • Maintain a minimum pace of 30 targeted contacts per day • Guide high-volume self-serve users toward larger enterprise infrastructure tiers • Monitor user behavior data to identify high-intent Product-Qualified Leads and conduct personalized outreach • Conduct consultative discovery conversations about complex media workflows • Position MASV's enterprise-grade infrastructure and route mature deals to the sales ecosystem • Partner with Customer Success and sellers on commercial renewal cycles • Qualify inbound leads and assign them to the appropriate seller or partner • Own database hygiene, list segmentation, and product-data integration triggers in HubSpot and Unify • Build and manage workflows for pipeline velocity tracking and sales forecasting • Analyze conversion metrics and provide data-driven feedback to marketing leadership • Design, execute, and monitor automated email onboarding and nurturing sequences in HubSpot • Audit customer journeys, identify drop-off points, and use targeted messaging and content to improve pipeline velocity • Track pipeline velocity, expansion revenue share, and lead conversion rates

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience within a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment in Account Management, Inbound/Outbound Sales Development, Growth Marketing, or Market Development • Hands-on proficiency in building automated email workflows, handling list segmentation, and running data reporting in HubSpot • Prior experience with Unify is a plus; training will be provided • Prior exposure to ERP environments such as NetSuite or connecting NetSuite data with CRM platforms is a plus, but not required • Structural operational discipline and commercial confidence to run outbound expansion tracks • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Ability to articulate complex cloud and security infrastructure concepts clearly • Successful background check and employment verification through Certn
