📋 Description

• Provide consulting support to the Built Environment Solutions business unit • Develop study methodologies, collect and analyze data, and plan and program facility and infrastructure requirements • Research and write formal and informal reports • Support continuous process improvement and business process reengineering through process mapping, data collection, analysis, visualization, and digital solution development • Prepare reports, technical documents, presentations, and other project deliverables • Plan, organize, and lead virtual and in-person stakeholder engagements • Meet with clients and representatives to present results, resolve issues, answer questions, and maintain relationships • Assist with project management, including budgeting, scheduling, team organization, prioritization, quality assurance, and invoicing • Develop project work plans and scopes of work • Monitor project schedules and provide project oversight • Prepare fee proposals and manage project budgets and invoicing • Produce technical memoranda, programming documents such as DD1391s, and technical reports such as Planning Charrette Reports • Administer QA/QC for project deliverables • Maintain communication with clients and project teams • Ensure staff resources are deployed productively and profitably • Conduct meetings to balance project needs with staff availability • Support proposal development by providing approach, schedule, and other requested content • Collaborate with BES team members, Project Managers, and the Deputy Director of BES • Travel to project sites and facility offices as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, operations research, data science or related field of study • Minimum of eight (8) years of work-related experience • Preferred experience working with or for the Department of Defense • Valid driver's license • Successfully pass the Company's MVR screening • Outstanding written and oral communication and presentation skills • Well versed in Microsoft Office suite products • Working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI • Ability and willingness to travel to project sites and other facility offices • Project management and project delivery skills • Ability to direct staff, bid projects, and develop project execution plans and technical deliverables • Team building, writing, proposal development, cost estimating, and program execution skills are a plus • Ability to work effectively as a project manager in a group environment • Organized and detail oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
