📋 Description

• Embed with institutional customers to take Prividium from signed deal to a live chain inside their environment • Own deployments end to end, including integration code, permissioning, node topology, upgrade paths, and customer operations runbooks • Build reference applications demonstrating collateral movement, tokenized deposit transfer, and settlement flows • Carry the pager for Prividium and related hosted services • Respond when production issues occur and implement fixes that prevent recurrence • Collaborate with the Head of Product and Head of Sales to determine which accounts to pursue deeply • Work with the core engineering team to identify what should graduate from customer deployments into the platform

🎯 Requirements

• Production software you have owned and run, including carrying a pager for it • Strong coding ability; TypeScript or Rust in day-to-day work, or deep fluency in Java, C#, Go, Python, or a comparable language with ability to learn TypeScript or Rust quickly • Serious experience inside customer environments as a forward deployed engineer, solutions architect, or technical founder • Banking-track candidates: experience building or integrating software for financial institutions or regulated financial infrastructure • Banking-track candidates: working knowledge of core banking platforms, custody and key management, identity and entitlements, ISO 20022 or comparable messaging standards, enterprise authentication, and network architecture • Banking-track candidates: fluency with risk, compliance, controls, SLAs, and procurement • Crypto infrastructure-track candidates: experience with Ethereum execution clients and node internals; direct reth experience is a strong signal • Crypto infrastructure-track candidates: Rust in production • Crypto infrastructure-track candidates: experience operating chain infrastructure in production, including node topology, upgrades, sync and reorg behavior, and monitoring • Crypto infrastructure-track candidates: experience with Solidity or readiness to learn it quickly • Crypto infrastructure-track candidates: working understanding of rollup and bridging mechanics • Crypto infrastructure-track candidates: ability to explain cryptographic trust guarantees to audiences without that background • Availability for shared on-call rotation • Working-hours overlap with North American and European time zones
