📋 Description

• Visit convenience store accounts throughout the assigned territory • Deliver products directly to assigned stores • Merchandise and stock products to maximize visibility and sales • Build attractive displays and maintain shelf organization • Maintain product displays, signage, and planogram accuracy • Monitor and count inventory levels, restock products, and fulfill orders • Place orders when needed • Complete invoicing, reporting, route documentation, and post-visit reports • Create invoices for restock orders and ensure timely, accurate deliveries • Develop positive professional relationships with store managers and employees • Manage the route efficiently and independently • Complete multiple store visits daily and drive up to 100 miles per day • Represent Max Distributing professionally in every account

🎯 Requirements

• Retail, merchandising, customer service, delivery, hospitality, sales, route, or account management experience preferred • The advertising description specifies 2–3 years of DSD delivery and retail merchandising experience • Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills • Reliable, self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently • Strong time-management, organizational, problem-solving, and integrity skills • Comfortable using mobile apps, smartphones, tablets, and basic technology • Ability to lift 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally • Ability to climb and work at heights of 9 to 12 feet • Ability to frequently stoop, kneel, and crouch • Ability to lift, stock, inspect, and merchandise products throughout the day • Must reside within the assigned territory • Valid U.S. driver's license in good standing for at least 3 years and acceptable driving record • Willingness and ability to travel overnight at least two nights per week or up to 30%, with travel expenses reimbursed • Willingness to travel outside the assigned geography with advance notice • Ability to engage in professional selling conversations with retail store personnel • Ability to complete multiple store visits daily and drive up to 100 miles per day • Must be 18 years of age or older
