📋 Description

• Visit convenience store accounts throughout the assigned territory • Merchandise and stock products to maximize visibility and sales • Monitor inventory levels and place orders when needed • Maintain organized shelves, product displays, signage, and store presentations • Complete invoicing, reporting, route documentation, and post-visit reports using mobile technology • Build and maintain professional relationships with store managers and employees • Represent Max Distributing professionally in every account • Manage the schedule and route efficiently while working independently • Deliver products directly to assigned stores • Fulfill orders and ensure timely, accurate deliveries • Support sales growth across the territory

🎯 Requirements

• No industry experience required; training provided • Valid driver's license / valid U.S. driver's license in good standing • Acceptable driving record • Ability to lift, stock, and merchandise products throughout the day • Ability to lift 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally • Ability to climb and work at heights of 9 to 12 feet • Ability to frequently stoop, kneel, and crouch • Must reside within the assigned territory • Willingness to travel overnight, including up to 30% in the conflicting detailed description • Ability to work independently with integrity, professionalism, and problem-solving skills • Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet and mobile apps • Comfortable engaging in professional selling conversations • Ability to complete multiple store visits daily and drive up to 100 miles per day • Must be 18 years of age or older • Experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, food service, restaurant management, delivery driving, route sales, sales, account management, or merchandising is applicable • Reliability, self-motivation, competitiveness, organization, customer focus, and strong communication skills
