📋 Description

• Evaluate staff members and customer interactions against project standards, contractual requirements, performance measures, and quality standards • Assist with developing strategies and activities to improve Call Center Operations performance • Develop, analyze, and distribute project reports and performance indicators • Assess staff knowledge needs and develop plans to address process and policy requirements • Conduct quality assurance monitoring activities • Monitor performance and compliance with contractual requirements • Maintain, develop, and update operational policies and procedures • Produce and update staff resource materials, including quick reference guides, matrices, charts, and workflows • Assist with staff training, coaching, and employee development initiatives • Analyze performance data and quality metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities • Provide constructive feedback and communicate quality findings, performance results, and recommendations to leadership • Collaborate with Operations, Training, and Management teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction • Support continuous improvement by identifying process efficiencies and best practices • Perform other duties as assigned by corporate management

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in the specified languages • High School diploma or equivalent • 0-2 years of experience • Fluent in English and Spanish; must be able to speak, read and write • Prior experience with Cover VA at Maximus • Experience with Medicaid health insurance programs preferred • Experience working in an SOA Shared Services program preferred • Strong analytical, communication, and quality monitoring skills • Experience with call center quality assurance, quality monitoring, or performance evaluation preferred • Internet speed of 25 Mbps or higher • Internet connectivity via Wi‑Fi or Category 5 or 6 ethernet patch cable to the home router • Must currently and permanently reside in the Continental US
