📋 Description

• Lead the organization's quality assurance strategy for SiteMap SaaS platform across web, mobile, and field workflows • Develop, implement, and continuously improve QA strategies, standards, processes, and quality metrics • Lead and mentor QA engineers • Define and oversee test plans, test cases, test data management, and execution for functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing • Champion scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks • Leverage AI-assisted testing tools to accelerate test creation, optimize coverage, identify defects, and improve release quality • Manage defect triage, prioritization, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking • Use Xray, Jira, and related tools for test traceability, reporting, and compliance • Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines • Monitor quality metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership • Ensure compliance with organizational, security, and quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • 5+ years of quality assurance experience, including leadership or team management responsibilities • Strong expertise in test automation frameworks, automated testing methodologies, and quality engineering best practices • Hands-on experience with test management platforms such as Xray, Jira, Azure DevOps Test Plans, or equivalent tools • Experience implementing automated testing within Agile, Scrum, and CI/CD environments • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Familiarity with AI-powered testing tools to generate test cases and/or test data • Experience establishing quality engineering practices in cloud-native environments • Experience with API, UI, integration, and performance testing tools and frameworks • Relevant certifications such as ISTQB or Certified Agile Tester are a plus
