📋 Description

• Conduct quality reviews of assessments and clinical documentation completed by Nurse Assessors • Analyze reports and quality metrics to identify trends, ensure compliance, and support operational excellence • Utilize proprietary quality assurance tools to evaluate performance and maintain program standards • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to clinical staff • Gather and report data to drive program improvements and support regulatory and contractual requirements • Help ensure individuals receive appropriate services and supports through accurate and compliant assessment processes • Collect data related to assessments and assessment outcomes • Complete quality audits using proprietary QA tools • Review QA data and report on trends and scores identified through quality audits • Analyze recommended scores in relation to Clinical Assessor determinations • Develop and complete reports tracking and trending activities and outcomes • May provide QA training to staff • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license valid in the state of practice is required • Current unrestricted LPN, RN, or higher nursing license and authorization to practice in Colorado • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required • Minimum of two (2) years related experience • Minimum of two (2) years post-graduate work experience in a clinical or healthcare field • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • Strong ability to work with technology and navigate multiple systems • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs • Ability to learn and adapt to new technology quickly • Exceptional analytical skills • Detail- and solution-oriented • Ability to work independently and with a team • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including communicating effectively with diverse individuals • Reliable high-speed internet service • Minimum 20 Mbps download speed, or 50 Mbps for shared internet connectivity • Minimum 5 Mbps upload speed • Private and secure workspace
