📋 Description

• Work independently remotely and travel on-site to suppliers to ensure capability and capacity requirements are being met • Coordinate with suppliers to monitor and support capacity and capability improvement plans identified and completed to RAIL agenda • Develop supplier recovery plans to increase Supplier score and reduce Supplier Quality Corrective actions • Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements • Conduct thorough assessments of operations, manufacturing, and materials to identify supplier constraints in production • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions • Analyze data and generate reports to track quality performance and identify areas for improvement • Travel to the customer site as needed, with 90% travel required

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in assessments and audits in the aerospace or automotive and/or other related industries • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. • Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools • MS Office skills • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as AS9100 and ISO 9001. • Familiarity with supplier operation and supplier development assessments • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and precision. • Effective communication and collaboration abilities. • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. • US Citizenship is required • Willingness to travel to the customer site as needed • Ability to travel 90%
