📋 Description

• Take ownership and responsibility of the engineering QA function • Conduct manual QA reviews • Onboard new tools to improve QA efficiency • Serve as the release manager • Work cross-functionally with Product Managers and Software Engineers • Write detailed test plans from feature requirements • Apply software development best practices and develop quality test cases • Create, maintain, and execute test cases for software products • Identify and report software defects • Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and designs • Design and develop automated tests • Review and provide feedback on software design specifications and documentation • Ensure software products comply with international quality standards and regulations • Perform manual and automated testing • Provide clear and concise software quality reports to stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance • Experience with testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks • Ability to write clear and concise test cases and defect reports • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish • Excellent documentation skills • Experience with agile development methodologies • Familiarity with software development lifecycle and release processes • Previous experience in a SaaS company (nice to have) • Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar (nice to have) • Experience working in B2B2C environments (nice to have) • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices (nice to have) • Experience with performance testing and load testing (nice to have)
