📋 Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce functionality, configurations, and customizations • Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and administrators to gather requirements and ensure test coverage • Conduct functional, integration, system, and regression testing for Salesforce applications • Identify, document, and track defects using a defect tracking system • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely defect resolution • Create and maintain test data and test environments • Develop and maintain automated test scripts and tools • Participate in release management, including reviewing deployment plans and providing release-readiness input • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing with end-to-end business workflows • Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies • Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends and assess their testing impact • Provide feedback and recommendations on user experience, system performance, and quality improvements • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • US citizenship required • Salesforce certification; Salesforce Administrator preferred • Minimum of four (4) years of general work experience • Experience testing enterprise software solutions • Three (3) years of experience in troubleshooting software • Experience working in Salesforce and Agile development processes • Preferred public sector experience or multiple Salesforce project implementation experience • Experience coordinating and executing test events • Experience creating test reports • Experience testing IT hardware, software, systems, and networks • Strong technical expertise in the Salesforce platform and applications • Understanding of Salesforce functionalities, configurations, and data models • Experience in test planning, test case development, and execution for Salesforce projects • Proficiency with QA tools and methodologies, including test management tools, defect tracking systems, and test automation frameworks • Familiarity with Selenium, Katalon Studio, Salesforce DX, or Apex Test Classes • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies • Excellent communication and teamwork skills • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines • Eligible to obtain and maintain Government Public Trust Clearance • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
