📋 Description

• Lead functional alignment between the USSF baseline metadata package and the customer’s operational processes • Validate data architecture, object models, user security matrix, and portal access structures in the target RCO environment • Guide solution consultants and developers in configuring declarative and programmatic components • Develop, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts across Salesforce configuration, customization, and integrations • Work with government leads and Product Owners to understand acceptance criteria, testing scope, and release timing • Perform functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, and UAT support across sprints and Salesforce releases • Validate Salesforce Flow, approvals, validation rules, page layouts, and Lightning App Builder configuration • Test Apex, Lightning Web Components, and triggers; perform backend validation using SOQL • Validate Salesforce integrations with MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware • Log, track, and manage defects using Jira or Azure DevOps • Verify data integrity, migrations, and reporting/dashboard accuracy • Support Salesforce Public Sector Solutions release readiness, deployment validation, and post-cutover stabilization • Ensure scalable QA practices aligned with governance, auditability, and compliance expectations • Present briefings to government managers and produce test summaries, defect reports, and quality status updates • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce architecture/consulting experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud • Experience working within DoD / Federal Salesforce environments (IL4/IL5 GovCloud) • QA and testing experience in an Agile delivery environment, including test planning, test case development, and defect management • Ability to design and execute test cases from user stories and acceptance criteria, including exception paths • Hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications, declarative configuration, and Salesforce Flow • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to brief senior government stakeholders • U.S. Citizenship is required • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer; may occasionally require standing or moving about the office for extended periods • TS/SCI w/ Poly is highly preferred • Certified Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect strongly preferred • Experience supporting Salesforce Classic to Lightning migration efforts preferred • Position may be contingent upon successful completion of a background investigation • Subject to pre-employment drug testing
