📋 Description

• Perform manual and automated testing of features across web and mobile platforms • Develop, improve, and employ testing strategies and techniques • Utilize black box, gray box, and white box testing techniques • Test code and systems using manual and automated tools • Write automated tests and user-level test automation tools • Create, maintain, and leverage AI-assisted tooling to complement existing QAE skillsets • Collaborate with Software Development Engineers to understand product features and technical implementations • Work with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Customer Support to understand customer usage models • Develop test plans and test suites that approximate real-world environments • Find, isolate, document, regress, and track bugs through resolution • Create and maintain regression tests • Drive the software development process toward quality-centric methodologies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent work experience • 7+ years of professional experience in software Quality Assurance (QA) Engineering • 5+ years of professional experience in delivering test frameworks, test tools, and leading QA projects and initiatives • Demonstrated knowledge of QA methodology and tools • Experience in manual and automated testing • Experience in scripting or coding • Experience with at least one automated test framework like Playwright/Cypress/TestCafe (web) and/or Selenium/Appium/WebdriverIO (mobile) • Experience in gathering test requirements to create detailed test plans and defining quality metrics to measure product quality • Proven understanding of software internals and an ability to debug problems using log files • Experience using AI tools to help complete tasks
