📋 Description

• Lead and scale simulation operations covering scenario creation, test execution, and quality control across the virtual testing ecosystem • Oversee hybrid teams of full-time engineers and contractors • Manage daily, release-validation, and ad-hoc regression suites and simulation workflows • Own simulation scenario intake, generation, tagging, and maintenance • Enforce QA standards for simulation inputs, platforms, and output results • Design and track unified evaluation metrics for simulation fidelity and software stability • Analyze simulation outputs to identify regressions, system trends, and edge-case behavior • Deliver concise analytical summaries to autonomy leadership and cross-functional teams • Integrate AI tools, automated prompt/script generators, and LLM-assisted workflows

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, Data Analytics, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience • 5+ years of experience in technical operations, software QA/testing management, or data operations • 2+ years of direct people management experience overseeing full-time engineers and contingent/contractor workforces • Proven capability leading technical operations, software QA, or data pipeline teams under strict delivery timelines • Experience directing hybrid teams, managing SLAs, and building onboarding curriculum • Ability to analyze complex simulation data, construct KPIs, and distill technical findings into actionable summaries • Familiarity with simulation execution loops, scenario editors, or software-in-the-loop testing workflows • Track record establishing operational metrics, QA frameworks, and executive reporting cadences • Experience using modern AI tools to expedite workflows and eliminate manual bottlenecks • Standard office working conditions including prolonged sitting, standing, and computer use • Moderate travel required: 11%-25%
