📋 Description

• Build and strengthen relationships with clients, including CFOs and Controllers • Plan onboarding and rollout processes for new fund managers • Evaluate product enhancements • Analyze private equity client needs and key requirements to help prioritize the product roadmap • Work with product managers, engineers, and clients to develop Maybern's product for client requirements • Implement complex fund and investment structures to test functionality and discover product fixes and enhancements • Translate private equity experience, business logic, fund structures, and calculations into software • Help shape the foundation of Maybern's Implementation team and client operations

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience in accounting for private equity funds • Hands-on experience at a private equity firm is a plus • Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance required; accounting preferred • CPA accreditation is a plus • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable presenting to clients • Proficient with Microsoft Excel • Knowledge of fund accounting systems such as Yardi and Investran • Experience with investment structures and financial statements • Ability to translate private fund structures and calculations into a flexible software solution • Ability to work effectively with a small, focused team • Must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis, as asked in the application form
