📋 Description

• Provide expertise in data analysis, model development, visualization, and development of Government-maintainable analytical tools • Support data collection and validation, quantitative analysis, staffing and workload models, scenario and sensitivity testing, dashboards, decision tools, and implementation artifacts across Judicial Facility Security Program assessments • Work with workforce, process, governance, and security SMEs to translate validated findings into usable analytical products • Document data sources, assumptions, calculation logic, limitations, and update procedures • Support testing, user guidance, and knowledge transfer

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen • Must undergo and pass a background investigation • Bachelor's degree • Minimum five (5) years' experience in data analysis, analytical model development, data visualization, and creation of government-maintainable analytical tools • Ability to support data collection and validation • Experience conducting quantitative analysis • Experience developing staffing and workload models • Experience performing scenario and sensitivity testing • Experience building dashboards, decision support tools, and implementation artifacts • Strong background collaborating with workforce, process, governance, and security subject matter experts • Ability to document data sources, assumptions, calculation logic, model limitations, and update procedures • Ability to support testing, user guidance, and knowledge transfer to government personnel • Experience supporting a Federal Government Agency (preferred) • Previous Law Enforcement/Judiciary experience (preferred)
