📋 Description

• Own relationships with panel vendors and assess performance across quality and fulfillment • Onboard new panel vendors, including due diligence for quality and compatibility • Review and interpret customer recruitment requirements and assess feasibility • Place and manage orders across panel vendors • Monitor order progress and fulfillment, proactively identifying issues or delays • Troubleshoot fulfillment challenges such as low incidence rates and screener drop-off, escalating when needed • Build end-to-end processes to improve operating-model efficiency and scalability • Partner with Product and Engineering on internal operations tools • Bring operational insights to product roadmap and pricing decisions • Develop customer-facing materials for the recruitment offering • Take on additional ownership areas as the business grows

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in operations, consulting, research operations, UX research, or market research • Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments • Experience taking projects from strategy through implementation • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving pieces • Ability to collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders • Exceptional communication skills and ability to deliver recommendations clearly and concisely to customers • Comfortable presenting to technical and executive audiences through presentations, demos, or informal discussions • Strong track record of building collaborative relationships across an organization • Nice to have: experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS company • Nice to have: experience in Market Research or UX Research • Nice to have: experience working in a remote environment
