📋 Description

• Post customer payments and cash receipts into the Oracle Accounts Receivable system daily • Ensure payments are applied accurately and promptly • Maintain accurate and consistent client account setup information • Research unapplied or unidentified cash receipts and determine resolutions • Assist with month-end Accounts Receivable close activities • Communicate with clients about payment methods and encourage ACH and electronic payments • Manage multiple tasks while meeting daily and monthly deadlines • Support project managers and internal business partners • Review and validate accounting transactions before posting • Identify process improvements and efficiency opportunities within cash applications • Report to the Accounts Payable/Cash Applications Manager

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in cash applications, accounts receivable, accounting, finance, or a related field • Experience working with an ERP system; Oracle experience is preferred • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including working with spreadsheets and financial data • Experience using Microsoft Teams and other collaboration tools • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a deadline-driven environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative • Ability to work effectively with employees and stakeholders across all levels of the organization • Candidates must reside within the Eastern Time Zone • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred)
