📋 Description

• Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, applying manual payments, generating aging reports, and reconciling customer accounts • Record routine journal entries and bank transactions accurately and timely • Process accounts payable bills and credit card transactions • Execute month-end closing activities and perform account reconciliations • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial data • Conduct regular bank reconciliations • Support team members and collaborate across departments • Maintain compliance with GAAP and support accurate financial reporting, controls, and budgeting systems

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance • 1-2 years of accrual basis accounting experience, including accounts receivable, journal entries, month-end closing and reconciliation, and bank reconciliation • Demonstrated ability in an accountant role • Regular and reliable attendance • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to interact within all levels of the organization • Ability to plan, organize, and manage projects • Detail-oriented, with excellent proofreading and editing skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Organized, able to prioritize, and able to work independently • Exceptionally self-motivated and directed • Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based • Must be willing to submit to a Level II background and/or security investigation with fingerprinting • Must be willing to submit to drug screening
